4.10 Ratio Posi Traction Axle Assembly

The Zumbrota Drivetrain RAA435-212K-P is a remanufactured axle assembly designed for Ford 9.75-inch ring gear differentials, specifically for 2012-2013 Ford F-150 models with a 4.10 gear ratio and 6-lug axles. This assembly includes Posi Traction for improved performance and a housing that has been rigorously inspected for surface wear and cracks. Internally, all components, including ring and pinions, gears, clutches, and carriers, undergo a 100% inspection. To ensure longevity and precision, all bearings, seals, crush sleeves, pinion nuts, and shims are replaced. The housing is cleaned using a hydro-blasting and rinsing process to restore it to an OEM finish, and correct rolling torque is established with inch-pound measurements for optimal setup and durability. The assembly is built to OEM specifications for tube straightness and proper gear backlash is set for quiet operation and lubrication. This axle assembly is a semi-floating type and comes with the differential cover included, but does not include hubs, brakes, backing plates, or axle shafts. It features a 4.10 gear ratio and is equipped with Posi Traction (Limited Slip Differential) but does not have an electric locking differential.
