Internally, all components are thoroughly inspected and tested, including ring and pinion gears, internal gears, clutches, and carriers. Crucially, all bearings, seals, crush sleeves, pinion nuts, and shims are replaced with new parts to guarantee reliability. The remanufacturing process includes establishing correct rolling torque using inch-pound measurements for precise setup and extended lifespan.
