The USA Standard Gear ZGK2239 is a comprehensive ring and pinion gear and installation kit that packages a USA Standard ring and pinion gear set with a Master Installation Kit. This kit is designed for applications with a 10-bolt rear cover and a 10-bolt ring gear, featuring a 4.11 ratio gear set and Koyo bearings. This kit provides a one-stop solution for differential repairs, including axle bearings and seals, carrier bearings and races, pinion bearings and races, pinion nut and seal, crush sleeve or preload shims, ring gear bolts, carrier and pinion shims, brush, marking compound, and Loctite. It is designed to fit carrier cases intended for 3.23 and up gear ratios and comes with a 27-spline pinion shaft. USA Standard Gear is committed to rigorous in-house quality testing to ensure its gears meet dimensional, material, and fitment standards. This kit is ready to withstand various driving conditions, from daily commuting to off-road adventures. The package includes an instruction manual and is backed by a 12-month warranty.
