The MAHLE Original Piston Rings are designed for a 4.040-inch bore and feature a 5/64 x 5/64 x 3/16-inch thick profile with standard tension. Constructed from steel with a plasma moly coating, these rings are suitable for 8-cylinder applications.

These piston rings are part of the MAHLE Performance line, which combines the Clevite brand for domestic applications and the MAHLE brand for import market coverage. The Clevite engine bearings have a history of use in NASCAR racing.
