Description

The Total Seal CR1002 series piston rings are designed for a 4.125 inch bore (which implies a 4.060" nominal bore with a 0.065" oversize). The ring dimensions are 1/16" for the top ring, 1/16" for the second ring, and 3/16" for the oil ring. These rings are intended for performance applications and do not require special cylinder honing but proper honing is crucial for optimal sealing. They are designed to improve cylinder seal for both compression and power strokes, and for better cylinder filling on normally aspirated engines.
