4-2-1 Stainless Steel Exhaust Header

The Toda Racing exhaust manifold is a specialized 4-2-1 stainless steel header engineered to replace the restrictive factory unit on the K20A engine for the FD2 Civic Type R. The manifold utilizes a race-inspired tapered design with primary pipe diameters transitioning through 45mm, 50mm, 55mm, and 60mm, which was refined through extensive bench and racing testing to optimize power delivery and exhaust gas scavenging. Built for performance, each section features optimized lengths, angles, and high-flow junctions to minimize backpressure. The unit is crafted from lightweight stainless steel for durability and is completed with a precision-machined flange for a secure seal. It also includes an integrated service adapter for an A/F sensor to facilitate tuning. Installation notes: The standard catalytic converter can be retained only when the header is paired with the Toda high-power muffler system and the Toda optional short front pipe. The rear pipe of the standard header cannot be used with this Toda unit.
