The Toda Racing exhaust manifold is a 4-2-1 SUS header set designed for performance.

This manifold features an equal length 4-2-1 with a taper design, measuring Ø45mm → Ø50mm → Ø55mm → Taper → Ø60mm. It is constructed from lightweight stainless steel for durability and appearance. The flange is manufactured using a high-precision machining center, and it includes a service adapter for an A/F sensor. The standard catalyst can be installed by removing the rear pipe and replacing it with the catalyst.

The Toda Racing K20A (CL7) Exhaust Manifold is a performance-oriented component designed to optimize exhaust flow and engine power for the Honda Accord EuroR CL7. Engineered with an equal-length 4-2-1 configuration and a unique taper design (Ø45mm → Ø50mm → Ø55mm → Taper → Ø60mm), this manifold is the result of extensive bench testing and racing feedback. It features high-flow junctions and optimized pipe lengths, diameters, and angles for maximum efficiency. Constructed from lightweight stainless steel, it offers both durability and aesthetic appeal. The flange is precision-machined for a perfect fit. This exhaust manifold is equipped with a service adapter for an A/F sensor, facilitating easier tuning and monitoring. The original factory catalyst can be retained by removing the rear pipe and installing the catalyst, allowing for the use of the standard catalytic converter. For competition use, the catalyst can be removed. This manifold is specifically designed for the K20A engine found in the Honda Accord EuroR CL7. It is compatible with the 2003-2007 Honda Accord models. Additionally, it fits the 2004-2008 Acura TSX with the 2.0L engine and a 2-bolt flange.
