The Kenne Bell TS1000-SH42LC13 is a high-performance liquid-cooled supercharger system engineered for maximum horsepower potential. This kit utilizes a 4.2L displacement with advanced 4x6 lobe Twin Screw billet rotors, distinguishing it from competitor 3x5 and 4x4 designs. The system is designed to minimize inlet restrictions, featuring a 168mm Mammoth inlet manifold and dual 75mm throttle bodies that maximize airflow to the supercharger, crucial for generating higher horsepower without significantly increasing boost levels. Constructed from durable billet materials, this supercharger boasts exclusive patented technologies including liquid cooling for lower air charge and oil temperatures, a spring bypass, and SPE (Seal Pressure Equalizer) for enhanced seal life and bearing protection. The kit offers flexibility, allowing for easy adjustments for street use or competition with simple pulley changes or bolt-on upgrades. It also includes a Kenne Bell Flash Tuner and a 1000HP-rated Dual BOOST-A-PUMP™ to support increased fuel demands. It is specifically designed for the 2013-2014 Ford Mustang Shelby GT500. While an optional 2000HP rated intercooler is available, many configurations, like the 3.2LC, are designed to fit under the stock hood without requiring modifications like body lifts.
