The Zumbrota Drivetrain RAA435-2045F is a remanufactured axle assembly specifically designed for Ford F-350 trucks from 2003-2004 with single rear wheels. This assembly is built to exacting quality standards, ensuring precision and reliability. Each axle assembly undergoes a thorough inspection for straightness, cracks, and surface wear. All internal components, including ring and pinions, internal gears, clutches, and carriers, are meticulously inspected and tested. As part of the remanufacturing process, all bearings and seals are replaced with new ones. The gears are carefully inspected to ensure optimal tooth contact patterns and set to the correct rolling torque using inch-pound measurements for maximum precision setup and longevity. Proper gear backlash is also set to guarantee adequate gear lubrication and quiet operation. Zumbrota utilizes an exclusive hydro-blast rinse and sandblasting procedure for internal and external parts, followed by a proprietary shot-enticed deep cleaning process. This comprehensive cleaning method ensures all housings are restored to OEM specifications and finish. Axle tubes are inspected to ensure they meet OEM standards of straightness.
