Description

The Digital Antenna 578-SB is a 4-foot AIS antenna with 4.5dB gain, designed with a low 1.5:1.0 SWR ratio from 159-162 MHz for compatibility with all AIS transponders. It features powerful brass radiators, soldered connections, a power directing ferrite choke bead, a high gloss urethane finish, and a 316 stainless steel ferrule. It includes 25 feet of low-loss, tinned braid, foil shielded, UV stable RG-8X marine cable and a gold factory-attached mini-UHF female connector with a mini-UHF male to UHF male (PL259) adapter. Made in the USA.
