4" 4-Link Lift Kit

The BDS Suspension 4" 4-Link Lift Kit is engineered to enhance the stance, performance, and capability of your vehicle. This comprehensive kit provides clearance for up to 37-inch tires, making your truck ready for more aggressive off-road adventures or simply a more imposing look. The front of the kit features gasoline-specific Pro-Ride coil springs, 4-link control arms with conversion brackets, a forged drop pitman arm, and a track bar bracket for steering correction. It also includes sway bar relocation, brake line brackets, and precision-tuned nitrogen-charged shocks. In the rear, the kit utilizes a high-strength fabricated lift block, longer u-bolts, brake line brackets, and a matching set of either NX2 Nitro or FOX Performance shocks. The 4-Link Conversion aspect replaces the factory radius arms with BDS's 4-link system, optimizing suspension geometry for improved handling, strength, and stability. This bolt-on upgrade uses robust 1/4-inch steel brackets to correctly position the axle and limit caster changes during suspension travel. The Pro-Ride Coil Springs are full-length and gasoline-specific, ensuring the correct lift height and a smooth, predictable ride across various terrains. Steering correction is achieved with a forged drop pitman arm to minimize steering angle and a heavy-duty track bar drop bracket to maintain alignment through suspension travel. Installation of this lift kit is rated as difficult and is estimated to take 10 hours. Specialized tools are required, including a torque wrench capable of 405 ft-lbs, a drill, a pitman arm puller, and a reciprocating saw. Professional installation is recommended, and a vehicle alignment is necessary after installation. Minor trimming may be required for clearance of 37x12.50 tires on certain wheel setups. This kit is specifically designed for 2017-2019 Ford F250/F350 Dual Rear Wheel (DRW) gas-powered trucks.
