The Raybestos Powertrain RZP-006 is a 4-5-6 Z Pak® Clutch Pack Module for GM 6L80 and 6L90 transmissions. This clutch pack features a single-sided design using GPZ friction plates.

This Z Pak® clutch pack is ideal for enhanced performance rebuilds and heavy-duty applications. It significantly reduces core temperatures and increases torque capacity and transmission durability.

The Raybestos Powertrain RZP-006 is a 4-5-6 Z Pak® Clutch Pack Module specifically designed for GM 6L80 and 6L90 transmissions. This module utilizes advanced GPZ friction plates and a single-sided clutch system. Engineered for enhanced performance rebuilds and demanding applications, the RZP-006 outperforms original equipment (OE) components by increasing torque and heat capacity without experiencing coning. The ZPak® design effectively reduces maximum core temperatures, thereby boosting torque capacity and extending transmission durability. This makes it a perfect solution for every rebuild, including those in heavy-duty vehicles and for high-stress driving conditions. The GPZ friction material is a state-of-the-art component that significantly enhances transmission performance and longevity. It is built to endure high stress, extreme temperatures, and repeated cycling, consistently outperforming OE materials by as much as 20%. Its performance even improves with increased power. This clutch pack is recommended for enhanced performance rebuilds where OE clutch packs are prone to failure. It is compatible with GM 6L80 transmissions from 2006-ON and GM 6L90 transmissions from 2007-ON.
