4.5" B58 Downpipe Upgrade

The VRSF B58 Downpipe Upgrade is a performance exhaust component crafted to replace the restrictive factory catalytic converter, leading to faster turbo spool, increased power, and a more aggressive exhaust note. This downpipe is offered in both a catless race version and a high-flow 200-cell catted configuration. It is constructed from hand-crafted, tig-welded 4.5" 304-grade stainless steel, ensuring durability and corrosion resistance. The CNC-machined 304-grade stainless steel flange provides a smooth, seamless transition from the turbocharger to the mid-pipes. It is compatible with both the stock cat-back exhaust system and aftermarket cat-back systems. VRSF offers a lifetime warranty on this product, with the exception of the catted downpipe, which carries a two-year limited warranty. The available gains are an estimated 25-30hp when paired with a tune. This downpipe is specifically designed to fit the following BMW models equipped with the B58 engine: 2019-2023 G20, G22 & G26 M340i & M440i xDrive; 2019-2022 F22 M240i & xDrive; 2021-2023 G42 M240i & xDrive; 2019-2023 G05 X5 40i & xDrive; and 2019-2023 G29 Z4 M40i.
