4.5-Inch Lift Kit

Engineered to enhance the stance, performance, and capability of your truck, the BDS Suspension BDS181FS offers a 4.5-inch lift for the 1999-2006 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 and GMC Sierra 1500 4WD. This kit utilizes a high-clearance design with a No Torsion Bar Drop System, mounting torsion bars directly to the top of the lower A-arm to eliminate the need for a dropped cross-member and maximize ground clearance. The front suspension features 1/4-inch thick, high-arched steel crossmembers, multipiece differential relocation brackets, and heavy-duty skid plates for off-road protection. Steering geometry is corrected with CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles, complemented by sway bar drops, bump stop extensions, brake line brackets, and CV spacers to ensure proper alignment and function at the new ride height. In the rear, the kit includes a 3-inch lift block that replaces the stock block, maintaining ride quality and load capacity. New u-bolts, brake line brackets, and a choice of NX2 Nitro or FOX 2.0 Performance Series shocks are also included for the rear suspension. This comprehensive kit is designed to accommodate up to 33-inch tires and comes with all necessary hardware for installation.
