4.5-Inch Lift Kit

The BDS Suspension 4.5-inch lift kit is engineered to elevate the stance, performance, and capability of your 2007-2013 Chevy Silverado and GMC Sierra 1500 2WD. This comprehensive kit offers a high-clearance design to maximize ground clearance and provide robust off-road protection. It meticulously corrects suspension and steering geometry, ensuring excellent on-road handling characteristics. The front of the kit incorporates full-length replacement strut shocks, high-arched 1/4-inch thick steel crossmembers, and heavy-duty skid plates. Additional components include sway bar drops, bump stop extensions, brake line brackets, and CV spacers. In the rear, you have the option of either a replacement lift block kit or BDS's Glide-Ride leaf springs to achieve the desired lift and level stance. The full leaf spring option eliminates the need for a lift block, reduces axle wrap for a more controlled feel, and features a multi-leaf progressive design for a smooth ride, all while maintaining factory payload weight ratings. For rear shocks, choose between the NX2 Nitro Series or the FOX 2.0 Performance Series. The NX2 shocks are nitrogen-charged with a twin-tube design and 10-stage velocity-sensitive valving. The FOX 2.0 Performance Series shocks feature a 2-inch impact-extruded aluminum body, an internal floating piston (IFP) monotube design, and application-specific valving for optimized performance. This lift kit provides clearance for up to 33-inch tires. Recommended tire and wheel fitments include 33 x 12.5 with 17 x 9 (4.5 in. Backspace), 18 x 9 (5 in. Backspace), or 20 x 9 (5.75 in. Backspace) wheels. Trimming may be required.
