4.5-Inch Lift Kit

The BDS Suspension 4.5-inch lift kit is engineered to elevate your 2015-2020 4WD Chevy/GMC 1500 Avalanche, Suburban, Tahoe, or Yukon. This comprehensive system is designed to enhance your vehicle's stance, performance, and off-road capability, offering clearance for tires up to 33 inches. This kit boasts BDS's signature high-clearance design, which maximizes ground clearance and provides robust protection with its 1/4-inch thick steel crossmembers and a multi-piece differential relocation bracket system. Heavy-duty skid plates are included for added undercarriage protection. The steering geometry is meticulously corrected with CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles, ensuring proper function and compatibility with the factory Electronic Stability Control (ESC) system. The front lift also includes sway bar drops, bump stop extensions, brake line brackets, and CV spacers. In the rear, coil spring spacers are provided to achieve a level stance. You have the option to choose between precision-tuned NX2 Nitro Series shocks or premium FOX 2.0 Performance Series IFP gas shocks for improved ride quality and off-road performance. The FOX 2.0 shocks feature a 2-inch extruded aluminum body, internal floating piston (IFP) monotube design, and a massive 5/8-inch hard chrome-plated alloy steel shaft. It is critical to verify your vehicle's factory control arm type before ordering. Models equipped with Cast Steel control arms require the "Cast Steel Control Arm" kit, while models with Stamped Steel and Aluminum control arms require the "Aluminum Control Arm" kit.
