4.5 Inch Lift Kit Ford F-250 F-350 Super Duty 4WD (2008-2010)

The Rough Country 4.5 Inch Lift Kit provides a 4.5-inch lift, levels the vehicle front-to-rear, and increases tire clearance. It features luxury ride coil springs for diesel motors, a heavy-duty track bar relocation bracket, and radius arm drop brackets. The kit includes a steering stabilizer relocation bracket, tubular upper control arms with Clevite rubber bushings, and high-strength forged torsion bar keys. Installation is a bolt-on process with no drilling. Fabricated rear blocks with anti-axle wrap are used, and application-valved N3 series shock absorbers are included. It does not fit V-8 gas engine or dually models; V-10 gas engine models may require exhaust modification, and rear overload leafs must be removed if equipped.
