At the forefront of this kit is BDS's innovative No Torsion Bar Drop System. This design maximizes ground clearance by mounting the torsion bars directly to the top of the lower A-arm, eliminating the need to drop the torsion bar cross-member. The front of the kit features high-arched, 1/4-inch thick steel crossmembers, multi-piece differential relocation brackets, and heavy-duty skid plates for robust off-road protection. Steering geometry is meticulously corrected for the new ride height with precisely CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles. Buyers can choose between precision-tuned NX2 Nitro or FOX 2.0 Performance Series shocks to complement the rear setup. The kit is designed to provide clearance for up to 35-inch tires, though trimming may be required depending on the specific wheel and tire combination.
