4.5-Inch Thick Bar and Plate Air-to-Air Intercooler

The SpeedFactory HPX Front Mount Intercooler is a universal solution built for demanding race applications requiring efficient charge air cooling for 1200+ horsepower. The intercooler's end tanks are custom-designed, hand-formed in-house from H-3 5052 aluminum, and fully TIG welded for durability and performance. This intercooler comes standard with 3-inch inlet and 3.5-inch outlet bead-rolled tube ends, ensuring a secure connection for boost piping. The overall dimensions of the core are 24" x 12" x 4.5", with a total size of 35.25" (inlet to inlet) x 12" tall x 4.5" thick. All intercoolers ship with the SpeedFactory logo stenciled on the face and include M8x1.25mm aluminum mounting bungs for straightforward installation. Note that mounting brackets are not provided.
