4.5" Lift Kit with Bilstein 5100 Shocks

The Superlift 4.5" Lift Kit is a comprehensive suspension upgrade for 2009-2014 Ford F-150 4WD trucks, engineered to provide 4.5 inches of additional lift. This system features a direct bolt-on, no-weld design utilizing CNC-machined extended ductile iron steering knuckles and billet aluminum driveshaft spacers. All fabricated steel components are laser cut, CNC formed, and finished with a durable powder coating for enhanced strength and longevity. It also incorporates brake line relocation brackets, U-bolts, hardware, and compression stop extensions. Buyers can choose from Superlift, Bilstein 5100 Series, or Fox Performance Series 2.0 IFP shocks to tailor their desired ride quality. The kit aligns to OEM specifications, maintains stock ride quality and handling characteristics, corrects the front-to-rear factory rake, and retains the OEM track width, all designed using original equipment CAD data for precision. This lift kit allows for the use of 18-inch or larger factory wheels and provides clearance for tires up to 33-35 inches in diameter. However, it is important to note that this kit does not fit Single Cab Truck models. Additionally, models equipped with a two-piece rear driveshaft will require the additional kit box 9935 for carrier bearing shims.
