This removable silencer is intended for users who want to maintain a more neighbor-friendly sound profile during daily driving or specific situations, while still having the option to unleash the signature exotic race car sound of their Tomei exhaust by removing it. The PB609B-INS01 is designed to fit a range of Tomei exhaust part numbers, including 440001 through 440021, and TB6090-NS02A. It is also noted as fitting "most Tomei exhausts" and has a universal fitment designation, though manual verification is sometimes recommended. The product is typically constructed from stainless steel.
