4.56 Posi Limited Slip Differential Assembly

The Zumbrota Drivetrain Reman Axle Assy is a remanufactured rear axle assembly specifically designed for GM 14 Bolt trucks manufactured between 1990 and 2000. This unit features a 4.56 gear ratio, a Posi Limited Slip Differential (LSD) for improved traction, and a Wide Track configuration to enhance stability. The remanufacturing process is extensive, ensuring the integrity and performance of the axle. All tubes are inspected and straightened to OEM specifications, while housings are rigorously tested for surface wear and cracks. A comprehensive 100% inspection is performed on all internal parts, including the ring and pinion, internal gears, clutches, and carrier. Furthermore, all bearings, seals, crush sleeves, pinion nuts, and shims are replaced with new components. To restore the original appearance and durability, the housings are cleaned using a state-of-the-art hydro blasting and rinsing process.
