The Zumbrota Drivetrain RAA440-118 is a remanufactured complete axle assembly designed for GM 7.6 IFS applications. This axle assembly has been rebuilt to exacting quality standards, ensuring precision and reliability. Each unit undergoes a comprehensive inspection for straightness, cracks, and surface wear. Internal components, including ring and pinions, gears, clutches, and carriers, are fully inspected and tested. All bearings and seals are replaced as part of the remanufacturing process. The assembly is configured with a 4.56 gear ratio, an AAM 7.6-inch ring gear, and is specifically for Independent Front Suspension (IFS) systems. It is designed without an electronic locking differential, fitting the HC4 ratio option. Zumbrota utilizes an exclusive hydro-blast rinse and sandblasting procedure, followed by a proprietary deep cleaning process for all internal and external parts.
