The Rubicon Express 4.5in Super-Flex Lift Kit is a suspension system designed for the Jeep Gladiator JT. Rubicon Express specifically tuned this kit for the Gladiator, focusing on bump compliance and load handling. It includes twin tube shocks for a comfortable ride, and allows for the use of up to 37-inch tires on non-Rubicon models or 40-inch tires with Rubicon high clearance flares.

The Rubicon Express 4.5in Super-Flex Suspension Lift Kit is engineered to conquer trails in your Jeep Gladiator JT. This kit features Rubicon Express’s signature Super-Flex control arms, constructed from chromoly with PTMEG bushings and Super-Flex joints for enhanced suspension flex and durability. This kit offers a 4.5-inch lift on Rubicon models and a 5.5-inch lift on non-Rubicon JT Gladiators. You can choose between Rubicon Express twin-tube shocks, which provide excellent on-road handling and ride quality, or Fox 2.5 Non-Resi monotube shocks for dedicated off-road performance. The system is designed to retain factory mounting locations and allows for the fitment of up to 37-inch tires on Sahara and Sport models, and up to 40-inch tires on Rubicons when equipped with high clearance flares. Installation is rated as Level 3 Advanced, with an estimated time of 6-8 hours. The kit includes front and rear coil springs, bump stop extensions, extended end links, upper and lower control arms, a front driveshaft, a rear track bar bracket, and all necessary installation hardware. A front driveshaft replacement is required, and this kit is not recommended for use with body lifts over 1 inch tall. Rubicon Express offers a Limited Lifetime Warranty on this product.
