Overview

The IHC Suspension 4/6 lowering kit is designed for 2014-2018 GM 1500 Extended/Crew Cab trucks with aluminum/stamped steel construction. This kit includes upper and lower control arms to achieve a 4" front drop, with spacers allowing adjustment between 4" and 5". The rear of the kit features a flip kit and 1" lift shackles for a 6" drop, along with drop shocks. Shorter sway bar links are also included to improve sway bar angle.

The IHC Suspension 4/6 lowering kit is engineered for 2014-2018 GM 1500 Extended/Crew Cab trucks utilizing aluminum and stamped steel construction. Standard upper control arms provide camber correction without the need for additional parts like camber/caster bushings or offset ball joints. The front of the kit achieves a 4-inch drop with its lower control arm, while the upper control arm aids in alignment correction. Included spacers allow for adjustable front control arm drops ranging from 4 to 5 inches. For the rear, a flip kit is provided with a built-in correct pinion angle, eliminating the need for pinion shims. To maintain a level stance, the kit includes 1-inch lift shackles and nitrogen drop shocks. Shorter sway bar links are also supplied to optimize the sway bar angle. Manufactured in Texas and made in the USA, this kit comes with a lifetime warranty on all metal parts. Installation by a certified mechanic is recommended, with an estimated installation time of 8 hours, excluding alignment. While a c-notch is not required, it may be recommended for rough road conditions. IHC also suggests a helper bag kit to prevent bottoming out.
