4/6 Drop Kit with Spindles, Springs, and Flip Kit

The DJM DJM2056-4/6 is a comprehensive lowering kit engineered for the 1988-1998 Chevy C1500, delivering a substantial 4-inch drop for the front and a 6-inch drop for the rear. This kit features a classic and effective method for front-end lowering by combining 2-inch drop spindles with 3-inch drop coil springs, resulting in a total 4-inch front drop. For the rear, a leaf spring axle flip kit is employed. This system moves the axle from underneath the leaf springs to the top, which is a highly effective way to lower the rear of most trucks. To ensure proper suspension travel and frame integrity, the kit requires a "C-notch" in the frame. DJM includes frame support brackets to reinforce the chassis and their exclusive adjustable pinion axle brackets for precise alignment. The kit comes complete with shocks, specifically recommending the 1315 for the front, and the 2000 and 2200 for the rear driver and passenger sides, respectively. A critical fitment note is that the spindles included in this kit are not compatible with 1988-1991 C1500 Standard Cab trucks. Additionally, the flip kit is designed for the 1988-1998 model years.
