Total Seal AP Ultra-Thin Piston Ring Packs are available in 0.9mm, 0.9mm, 2.0mm ring sets. They feature AP Advanced Profiling Steel top rings, Ductile iron Napier 2nd Rings (in most sets where available), and standard tension oil rings. The thinner combination dramatically reduces friction, and the .125” radial depth provides excellent bore conformability. The reduced stack height permits the use of a piston with a very short compression height, allowing the use of longer connecting rods, and/or increased strokes while keeping the wrist pin out of the oil ring groove. Available in Gapless® or Conventional styles.
