The Stainless Works CRVIC03HCAT-SW is a set of long tube headers engineered for 2003-2011 Ford Crown Victoria and Mercury Grand Marquis vehicles equipped with the 4.6L 2V engine. These headers are designed with 1.625-inch diameter primaries and 3-inch slip fit collectors, integrating high-flow catalytic converters. The lead pipes are 2.5 inches in diameter, intended to connect to the factory flanged connection point. This kit includes the necessary O2 extensions and clamps for installation. These headers are designed as a Factory Connect product, meaning they easily attach to the stock factory connection points on the vehicle. This facilitates a more straightforward installation process compared to systems requiring extensive modifications.
