The Accufab Mustang Throttle Body & Plenum is a direct bolt-on upgrade designed for the 1996-2004 Ford Mustang 4.6L 2V. It replaces the restrictive stock throttle body to allow more air into the engine, improving throttle response and horsepower. This unit is CNC machined from 6061-T6 billet aluminum with a polished exterior and stainless steel shafts for durability.

The Accufab Mustang Throttle Body & Plenum is engineered as a direct bolt-on replacement for the restrictive stock component on 1996-2004 Ford Mustang 4.6L 2V models. The throttle body cable guide is made from billet aluminum and anodized black, ensuring longevity over plastic alternatives. Manufactured in the USA, this component prioritizes unparalleled reliability and performance. Available in 70mm (standard only) and 75mm (standard or MAX version) sizes, the 75mm MAX version requires a separate 3-inch clamp/ferrule for intake tube attachment. The kit includes essential accessories such as a throttle body gasket, IAC gasket, EGR gasket, plenum tubes, and TPS & IAC mounting screws. Independent dyno tests on stock vehicles have indicated an increase of up to 11 horsepower, along with additional torque and no loss in bottom-end performance.
