Overview

The JBA Performance Exhaust 6632S is a set of mid-length headers constructed from 409 stainless steel. These headers feature 1 5/8-inch primary tubes with 0.38-inch thick flanges and a natural finish. They include a ball and socket flange collector attachment with a 2.50-inch diameter. The kit comes with necessary bolts and gaskets for installation.

The JBA 6632S long tube exhaust header is engineered for maximum performance gains and high RPM efficiency in the 1996-2004 Ford Mustang GT. Constructed from large diameter mandrel-bent steel tubes with an uncoated, matte grey finish, this header boasts 1.75-inch primary tubes and a 2.5-inch collector port for optimal exhaust flow. It features 3/8-inch thick CNC laser-cut flanges and patented JBA Firecone® merged collectors to ensure smooth flow and maximum ground clearance, even on lowered vehicles. This performance-grade header includes O2 sensor provisions, along with gaskets and mounting hardware for a professional, no-leak installation. The product is intended for closed-course competition use only and is not legal for street use in California or other states with similar emissions regulations. For pre-emissions controlled vehicles (1967 and older), it is legal for street use. For registered vehicles 1968 and newer, it may be legal in 49 states if it meets EPA anti-tampering policy and does not increase emissions, but it is not legal for street use in California. Always consult the manufacturer's application guide and installation instructions for complete details on emissions compliance and fitment. Important fitment notes: Header applications are based on original engine and cylinder head port centerlines. Raised port cylinder heads will cause installation issues. This product is specifically designed for the 1996-2004 Ford Mustang GT with the 4.6L V8 engine.
