Crafted from Premium 2618 alloy, the strongest available, these pistons offer exceptional strength and resilience. Key features include specially profiled piston skirts that allow for tight piston-to-wall clearance, which is crucial for maximum ring seal and reduced friction. The design incorporates maximum ring-land thickness for power-adder usage and dedicated forgings to achieve the best possible strength-to-weight ratio. These pistons are available in various compression ratios tailored for 4.8L, 5.3L, 5.7L, and 6.0L engines. Specific versions accommodate Gen. 3 Press-fit, Gen. 4 Floating, and aftermarket 6.125 rods, with both standard and stroker configurations offered. Generous valve reliefs are compatible with both Cathedral port and Rectangle port heads. Additional performance-enhancing features include pressure-fed pin-oiling, a pressure seal groove in the second ring land for enhanced sealing, high-speed brush deburring to eliminate detonation-inducing sharp edges, and modern 2.250 pin forgings that clear stroker cranks' reluctor rings. They are made in the USA and utilize durable Chromium Steel wristpins. Piston rings are not included, but replacement singles are available.
