4-Bar MAP Sensor

The Hondata 4-bar MAP sensor offers a straightforward upgrade for your Honda vehicle's engine management system. Designed as a direct plug-and-play replacement for the factory sensor, it significantly simplifies the installation process, reducing the time to under 60 seconds and mitigating the risks of electrical damage that can occur with traditional sensor wiring. This sensor is compatible with a range of Honda models, including the 2006-2009 S2000, R18 engines, 2012+ Civic Si, 2013+ ILX, 2009-2010 TSX, and CRZ. Notably, the 1.5 Turbo Civic Si models require two of these sensors for proper operation. An important consideration for vehicles with automatic transmissions (06-09 S2000, R18, 2012+ SI, 2013+ ILX, 09-10 TSX, CRZ) is that the AT computer shares the MAP signal with the fuel injection computer. In these cases, to ensure correct functionality, the stock MAP sensor must be retained, and this 4-bar sensor should not be installed on automatic transmission models.
