The Hondata 4 Bar MAP Sensor is a critical performance upgrade designed for a range of Honda and Acura models. This plug-and-play sensor directly replaces the factory MAP sensor, enabling more accurate measurement of boost levels up to 58 PSI (4 bar). By providing precise boost data, engine management systems like Hondata K-Pro or FlashPro can fine-tune fuel and ignition maps, leading to significant improvements in performance and power output. This sensor is compatible with several Honda and Acura vehicles, including the 2013-2015 Acura ILX, 2009-2010 Acura TSX, 2006-2011 Honda Civic (Non-Si), 2016-2021 Honda Civic (1.5T), 2012-2015 Honda Civic Si, 2011-2016 Honda CR-Z, and 2000-2009 Honda S2000. It is important to note that the 2016-2021 Honda Civic (1.5T) requires two MAP sensors for proper function. Additionally, the sensor does not fit automatic transmission S2000 models. Configuration of the sensor with tuning software varies by system. For SManager and KManager, settings are adjusted in the 'Parameters' window under 'MAP'. For FlashPro, the adjustments are made in the 'Calibration' window under 'Sensors'. Hondata offers a one-year warranty on this product from the date of retail purchase, though specific terms and conditions apply, and the end-user must contact Hondata directly for any issues related to 4 or 7 bar MAP sensors.
