The Offenhauser 5270LK is an aluminum intake manifold for Chrysler 170 and 225 cubic-inch "Slant Six" engines. It features a four-barrel mounting pattern and includes an adapter plate, enabling the use of a standard four-barrel carburetor ranging from 400 CFM to 550 CFM.

The Offenhauser 5270LK is a single-quad intake manifold designed for Chrysler 170 and 225 cubic-inch Slant Six engines found in vehicles like the Barracuda, Valiant, Lancer, and Dart. This manifold includes a four-barrel adapter plate, allowing for the installation of most standard four-barrel carburetors, such as the Holley 390/450 or Edelbrock 500, to improve engine performance. Installation requires attention to specific linkage requirements. The manifold does not include throttle or kickdown linkage kits. For vehicles with an automatic transmission and cable-operated linkage (1967 or newer), the separate 5270A linkage kit is required to manage the kickdown setup. For standard transmission applications or early models with rod-type linkage, users must fabricate or adapt custom linkage, as the original mechanical kits are discontinued.
