Overview

The AIRAID Throttle Body Spacer is a 4-barrel open spacer designed to enhance off-idle torque from 800 to 3,000 rpm. Its patented Helix Bore design spins the incoming air charge as it passes through, boosting air velocity and improving the atomization of the air/fuel mixture for better combustion. This results in more part-throttle torque and improved mid-range power.

Featuring a unique, patented Helix Bore design, it spins the incoming air charge as it passes through the throttle body. This action increases air velocity and promotes better atomization of the air/fuel mixture entering the combustion chamber, ultimately leading to more part-throttle torque and improved mid-range power delivery. Constructed from aircraft-quality billet 6061-T6 aluminum, this spacer is designed for durability and performance. It includes all necessary mounting hardware for installation. The spacer is 1 inch thick (25 mm) and is street-legal in all U.S. states, holding a CARB EO exemption (D-609-3). Installation involves placing the spacer between the throttle body and the intake manifold. While specific installation instructions are provided by AIRAID, the unique design aims for a direct fit with compatible vehicles. This part is covered by a 12-month or 24,000-mile warranty. The AIRAID Throttle Body Spacer (P/N 510-608) is compatible with a range of vehicles, including various Toyota Camry and Scion tC and xB models from the mid-2000s to late 2000s, specifically those equipped with 2.4L engines. Fitment details are extensive and can be confirmed via the manufacturer's website or Fitment Industries' compatibility checker.
