Description

The Fabtech FTSBK4 is a 4-inch lift block designed to provide a simple and cost-effective way to lift the rear suspension of many trucks and SUVs. Made from durable cast iron in the USA, these blocks fit applications where the leaf springs are installed above the axle. They are tapered to help correct pinion angle after a lift is installed, though additional shimming may be needed for optimal alignment.
