4-Channel Amplifier

The Rockford Fosgate T400X4ad is an ultra-compact, 400-Watt 4-channel amplifier built on proprietary Class-AD technology with Constant Power to deliver consistent output across various impedance loads (100W x 4 @ 4-Ohm or 2-Ohm, or 200W x 2 bridged @ 4-Ohm). This high-efficiency design makes it ideal for vehicles where space is limited, such as hybrids, electric cars, trucks, motorcycles, and side-by-side UTVs. This amplifier features flexible integration with both low-level and high-level inputs that include an auto turn-on function. The top-mounted controls provide easy access to the built-in 12dB/octave Butterworth crossover (switchable high-pass or low-pass from 50Hz to 250Hz), a Punch EQ boost circuit (+18dB @ 45Hz for bass or +14dB @ 12.5kHz for treble), and C.L.E.A.N. (Calibrated Level Eliminates Audible Noise) input/output clip detection with indicator LEDs for simplified setup. It also includes differential inputs to eliminate noise picked up by signal cables. For reliable operation and longevity, the T400X4ad employs a 3-stage thermal lock extrusion with dual fan forced induction for cooling, alongside real-time thermal and protection circuitry. It requires 8 AWG power wire and 16 AWG speaker wire, with a recommended 60A fuse (not included). The compact dimensions are 1.6" x 4.3" x 8.3".
