The AudioControl D-4.800 is a high-power 4-channel car amplifier that integrates a comprehensive DSP matrix, offering a potent solution for both OEM integration and aftermarket builds. This amplifier is configurable as a 4, 3, or 2-channel unit, delivering robust power output: 125 watts RMS x 4 at 4 ohms, 200 watts RMS x 4 at 2 ohms, or a formidable 400 watts RMS x 2 when bridged at 4 ohms. Engineered for audio precision, the D-4.800 includes built-in digital signal processing, featuring input and output RTA (Real-Time Analyzer) for accurate tuning, input and output delay, and Linkwitz-Riley crossovers at 12 and 24 dB/octave. Its 30-band equalizer allows for detailed sound customization. The amplifier also incorporates AudioControl's signature AccuBASS® processing to correct factory bass roll-off and MILC™ (Maximum Input Level Control) to prevent signal clipping during setup. Installation flexibility is enhanced by GTO™ Signal Sense, which powers the amp on when it detects an audio signal, and active speaker-level inputs (6 channels) for seamless integration with factory systems. It also provides 4 preamp inputs and 2 assignable preamp outputs. The unit is housed in a solid one-piece aluminum chassis for durability and heat dissipation. An optional AC-BT24 Bluetooth streamer allows for wireless audio streaming and programming via the DM Smart DSP app, available for Mac/PC, iOS, and Android.
