The DD Audio D4.800 is a 4-channel Class D half-bridge amplifier engineered to deliver exceptional power density, boasting an impressive power-to-size ratio. Its compact chassis, measuring just 7” x 4” x 1.7”, houses the capability to cleanly produce 200 watts per channel, summing up to a substantial 800 watts of total power. This amplifier is packed with features not typically found in its size and price class, making it a versatile option for various audio systems. Designed for demanding environments, the D4.800 features conformal coated internal components and sealed back switches, making it an ideal choice for motorcycle, boat, and powersport applications. These protective measures enhance its durability against moisture and dust. Furthermore, DD Audio offers specialized brackets designed for Harley Davidson motorcycles, allowing for a clean and secure installation of the D4.800 into 2014 and newer Harley Road Glide and Street Glide models. Key specifications include a frequency response of 30 – 30k Hz, an operating voltage range of 9 – 16 volts, and a maximum current draw of 80 amps. It supports set screw power and speaker connections, differential RCA inputs, and discrete outputs, along with bandpass crossovers, clipping indicators, and an auto-turn-on feature.
