Measuring 56 inches in length, this cable is constructed from a full-gauge, stranded copper core that is highly flexible, facilitating straightforward installation while allowing for maximum current transfer essential for quick vehicle starts. Constructed with 100% copper conductor and universal terminals made from gravity cast antimonial lead, this battery cable is built for durability and reliable performance. It is designed to fit up to a 3/8-inch stud, and each unit includes a bolt and nut for secure attachment. The cable features black insulation, and its SAE wire gauge is rated at 4. One user reported successfully replacing a problematic 'bad negative wire' on a Chevy Cruze with this DieHard 4-gauge wire, resolving persistent starting issues.
