Description

The CTS Turbo 4" High-Flow Cat is engineered to replace the restrictive factory downpipe on BMW N55 engines equipped with an electric wastegate. Constructed from T304 stainless steel and meticulously TIG welded with back-purging for longevity, this downpipe is designed using CAD technology for a perfect fitment in place of the OEM part. This high-flow downpipe is intended to maximize exhaust flow, leading to significant power gains and an enhanced, sporty exhaust note without introducing drone when paired with the factory exhaust. Proper tuning software is required for operation, with the Bootmod3 downpipe software upgrade strongly recommended. This product is intended for off-road use only. The application guide lists compatibility with various BMW models including the F30 335i/335xi (production after 07/2013), F20/F21 M135i/M135xi (production after 07/2013), F32/F33 435i/435xi (2013+), F22 M235i/M235xi (2013+), and F87 M2 (2015+).
