Overview

The CTS Turbo 4″ High-flow CAT BMW N55 (Electric Wastegate) is a performance downpipe designed to maximize exhaust flow. It replaces the restrictive factory downpipe and is constructed from T304 stainless steel, hand TIG welded and back purged.

This downpipe is precisely designed and tested for optimal performance and a sporty exhaust sound without drone. It requires Stage 2 software to avoid a check engine light and is intended for off-road use only.

The CTS Turbo 4" High-Flow Cat is engineered to significantly improve exhaust flow and unleash the performance potential of your BMW N55 engine equipped with an electric wastegate. Constructed from premium T304 stainless steel, this downpipe features precise, hand TIG welding with back-purging to ensure a robust and long-lasting build. However, it is explicitly intended for OFF-ROAD use only. Proper tuning software is essential for operation, and the use of the Bootmod3 downpipe software upgrade is strongly recommended to optimize performance and prevent check engine lights. The CTS Turbo 4" High-Flow Cat is compatible with various BMW models including the F30 335i & 335xi (production date after 07/2013), F20/F21 M135i & M135xi (production date after 07/2013), F32/F33 435i & 435xi (2013+), F22 M235i & M235xi (2013+), and F87 M2 (2015+). It does not fit RHD vehicles.
