4" IFS Lift Kit

The BDS Suspension 4" IFS Lift Kit is engineered to enhance the performance and capability of 2015-2020 Ford F150 2WD pickup trucks. This high-clearance system provides a 4-inch lift, enabling the fitment of up to 35" tires and improving off-road performance while maintaining reliable on-road handling and comfort. The foundation of this kit includes a pair of one-piece laser-cut 1/4" steel crossmembers, CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles, crossmember support braces, and sway bar relocation brackets. These components work together with upper strut mount spacers and new alignment cam bolts to correct suspension geometry and retain OE ride quality. In the rear, an offset pin lift block and u-bolt kit are used to recenter the axle and level the stance. Rear brake line extensions and a choice of BDS NX2-series or FOX 2.0 performance gas shocks complete the rear setup. This 4" lift system is FMVSS No. 126 compliant, ensuring it does not adversely affect the factory Electronic Stability Control (ESC) systems. It also includes BDS's Factory Protection Plus program, which features a No Fine Print Warranty and a 5-year, 60,000-mile drivetrain warranty. The estimated installation time is 8-10 hours with a difficulty level of 4 out of 5. Important notes for installation include the requirement for 18" or larger diameter wheels, as stock 17" and 18" wheels cannot be reinstalled, and potential need for a carrier bearing drop shim kit for models with a 2-piece rear driveshaft.
