4-Inch 4-Link Conversion Lift Kit

The BDS Suspension 4-inch lift kit is engineered as a 4-link conversion system for 2014-2018 Ram 2500 diesel-powered 4WD trucks equipped with the factory rear air ride option. This comprehensive kit is designed to significantly enhance your truck's stance, performance, and off-road capability, while also providing ample clearance for up to 35-inch tires. Upfront, the kit features diesel-specific, progressive rate Pro-Ride coil springs to achieve the correct lift height and deliver a smooth, predictable ride. The system includes heavy-duty 4-link control arms with conversion mounts, a forged drop pitman arm, and a track bar bracket to optimize suspension geometry, improve handling, and correct steering angles. Bump stops and brake line brackets are also included, along with a choice of precision-tuned NX2 Nitro Series or FOX 2.0 Performance Series nitrogen-charged shocks. In the rear, the kit incorporates heavy-duty air bag spacers and a track bar relocation bracket to ensure proper axle positioning. Bump stop extensions and sway bar links are provided, along with matching NX2 Nitro or FOX 2.0 Performance shocks. Notably, BDS includes new air ride leveling sensor brackets to maintain the factory ride height sensor function and full air bag range of motion. The 4-link conversion replaces the factory radius arms with high-strength 1/4-inch steel brackets and heavy-duty upper and lower control arms, which optimize suspension geometry for better handling, added strength, and stability while limiting caster change throughout wheel travel. The Pro-Ride coil springs are manufactured from high-tensile steel and designed as direct OE replacements for maximum reliability. Steering correction is achieved through the forged drop pitman arm and heavy-duty track bar drop bracket to keep steering geometry in phase and recenter the front axle. The kit also includes an HD transmission crossmember and t-case indexing ring to correct front driveline angles. Recommended tire and wheel combinations include 35x12.50 with 17x9 wheels (4.5-inch backspace) or 37x12.50 with 18x9 or 20x9 wheels (5.625-inch backspace), though some trimming may be required.
