4-Inch 4-Link Lift Kit

The BDS Suspension 4" 4-Link Lift Kit is engineered to upgrade the 2020–2022 Ford F-450 Super Duty 4WD, enhancing strength, stability, and ride quality for towing, hauling, or off-road adventures. This system converts the factory radius arms to a robust 4-link setup, which improves axle control, reduces binding, and provides smoother suspension movement across its travel range. This 4-link design offers more consistent caster angles, increased articulation, and better tracking under acceleration and braking, particularly beneficial for heavier Super Duty platforms like the F-450. This kit utilizes high-strength ¼-inch steel brackets for a bolt-on upgrade, mounting HD upper and lower control arms to correct axle positioning while limiting caster change. For premium performance, the kit is paired with front FOX 2.5 Performance Elite coilovers, featuring a 2.5-inch impact-extruded aluminum body, a massive 7/8-inch hard chrome plated shaft, and a remote reservoir for cooling. The DSC adjuster provides 10 low-speed and 12 high-speed compression levels for precise tuning. Buyers can also choose between FOX 2.5 Performance Series HTO shocks or FOX 2.5 Performance Elite shocks for the rear, both offering increased off-road capabilities and adjustability. Steering geometry is optimized with a forged drop pitman arm and a heavy-duty track bar drop bracket to keep steering in phase and recenter the front axle. Recommended tire and wheel sizes are 37 x 12.5 with 18 x 9 or 20 x 9 wheels, though trimming may be required. Important Note: These kits are specifically designed for the F-450 style front end and do not work with the standard Ford Super Duty F-250/350 axle width.
