4-Inch 4-Link Lift Kit

The BDS Suspension BDS580FS is a 4-inch lift kit designed to increase the height and capability of 2011-2016 Ford F250 and F350 Super Duty trucks equipped with gas engines. This kit upgrades the suspension with a 4-Link conversion, which replaces the factory radius arms to optimize suspension geometry, leading to improved handling, increased stability, and better caster control throughout wheel travel. It also incorporates a forged drop pitman arm and a heavy-duty track bar drop bracket to correct steering geometry and keep the front axle centered during suspension travel. The rear of the kit features a high-strength fabricated lift block and a u-bolt flip kit for maximum clearance. Both front and rear are equipped with precision-tuned nitrogen-charged shocks, with options for NX2 Nitro or FOX Performance shocks. Installation is straightforward with a 100% bolt-on design, eliminating the need for cutting or welding. The kit is designed to allow for clearance of up to 35-inch tires, enhancing the truck's off-road capability and stance.
