4-Inch 4-Link Suspension Lift Kit

The BDS Suspension 4-inch Extended Travel 4-Link Lift Kit is engineered for 2025-2026 Ram 3500 4WD Gas models, aiming to enhance ride quality, handling, and off-road performance while ensuring on-road comfort. This kit allows for the fitment of up to 37-inch tires, providing an aggressive stance and maintaining proper driveline geometry for everyday drivability. The heavy-duty 4-link front suspension system replaces the factory control arms, ensuring correct front axle positioning and significantly reducing suspension bind throughout the entire range of travel. This 4-link design allows for independent articulation of each link, maintaining consistent caster and pinion angles for improved straight-line stability, steering return-to-center, braking control, and overall ride quality. The reinforced link construction offers exceptional strength and durability for demanding use. Included in the kit is a heavy-duty track bar bracket to precisely center the front axle and maintain steering geometry. A new 10-bolt transfer case indexing ring is also provided to clock the transfer case, optimizing driveline angles and increasing suspension droop. This component allows for increased suspension travel and off-road capability. The rear lift is achieved using a high-strength fabricated lift block and longer U-bolts for a secure installation. The kit offers a choice of BDS NX2 Nitro shocks, FOX 2.0 Performance Series IFP shocks, or FOX 2.5 Performance Elite Series shocks with DSC adjusters, allowing customization of ride quality and performance to suit driving styles and terrain. Important notes for installation include: this kit fits Gas models only and special literature (OE Service Manual) is required for proper procedures. Post-installation, driveline vibrations may occur and require tuning, slider replacement, shaft lengthening, or U-joint replacement.
