The Driveshaft Shop 4-Inch Aluminum One Piece Driveshaft is engineered to enhance drivetrain performance and support over 1,000 horsepower for demanding applications. This direct replacement driveshaft features a robust construction with a 4-inch diameter aluminum tubing and durable chromoly internals, finished in raw aluminum for a clean, high-performance aesthetic. Its 1-piece design is balanced for smooth operation. This driveshaft is specifically designed for 2015-2023 Dodge Challenger models equipped with 5.7L HEMI or 6.4L HEMI engines and an automatic transmission. It is built to provide increased power holding ability and improved drivetrain response, offering a significant upgrade over stock components for aggressive driving. Installation requires mechanical expertise or professional installation. Crucially, a rear subframe/cradle lock-out kit must be installed on the vehicle prior to installing this driveshaft. Additionally, modification of the exhaust system is necessary to ensure adequate clearance, requiring approximately 0.75 inches of space. The product comes with a limited 1-year warranty.
