4 Inch Carbon Fiber Intake System

The Unitronic 4 inch Carbon Fiber Intake System is specifically engineered for the 2.5TFSI EA855 EVO (DAZA) engines found in vehicles such as the 8V.2 Audi RS 3 and 8S Audi TT RS. This intake system boasts a significant 88% increase in airflow over the stock configuration, validated by in-house Superflow SF-1020 Flow Bench testing, achieving 1118 CFM with the Race Filter. The system features a 2/2 Twill prepreg carbon fiber weave construction with autoclave curing for durability and a lightweight design. It offers direct bolt-on fitment with OEM mounting locations and includes EPDM mounting grommets for a secure installation. The system comes complete with a Carbon Fiber Airbox, Air Duct, 4" Intake Tube, Transition Tube, EPDM couplers, a 6" Tapered Cone Air Filter, and all necessary hardware. For model year 2019+ vehicles equipped with the 2.5TFSI DAZA engine, the Unitronic Intake Adapter (sold separately) is required for a smooth and seamless installation. Please note that this intake system does not fit the stock turbo inlet. Installation difficulty is rated at 2 out of 5, with an approximate one-hour installation time. This intake system is not compatible with 2025+ (8Y.5) Models.
