4-Inch Catted Downpipe

The Evolution Racewerks AR-EXH001PCAT is a Sports Series 4" Catted Downpipe engineered for 2.0L engines in the 2016+ Alfa Romeo Giulia (952) and 2017+ Stelvio (949). It is constructed from 100% 304-grade stainless steel, including hardware, and features 100% TIG welded construction with mandrel-bent tubing for optimal exhaust flow. This downpipe replaces the restrictive factory catalytic converter with a high-flow, 200-cell metallic core, which allows exhaust gases to pass through more easily. This design significantly reduces backpressure and turbulence, leading to improved throttle response, faster turbo spool-up, and increased horsepower and torque. The cast stainless steel inlet maintains a smooth transition from the turbocharger, while the 4" piping smoothly transitions to a 3" outlet to match Evolution Racewerks 3" Mid Pipes. The O2 sensor is positioned at the factory location. Key features include higher max horsepower and torque curves, faster initial torque delivery, and improved throttle response. The downpipe is available in a standard brush finish or an optional polished finish. It is compatible with factory or aftermarket exhaust systems and includes all necessary hardware for installation.
